The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of an expert assessment (Task 1) and design and cost-estimate documentation (Task 2) to ensure the functionality of a temporary shelter, divided into 4 lots: Lot 1. at Primary School No. 5 at 25 Cegielniana Street in Ozorków, Lot 2. at Primary School No. 2 at 1 Lotnicza Street in Ozorków, Lot 3. in the City Hall building at 1 Stanisława Wigury Street in Ozorków, Lot 4. in the City Hall building at 16 Listopadowa Street in Ozorków, as part of the task entitled: “Preparation of technical documentation to ensure the functionality of temporary shelter locations – Area I – Collective protection facilities”.
