Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is construction work entitled "Construction of a fire lookout tower". The contract is being implemented as part of the project entitled “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – preventing, counteracting and limiting the effects of risks associated with forest fires”. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Programme (FEnIKS). The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction work entitled "Construction of a fire lookout tower" (the site of the planned investment is located on cadastral plot 635/6, plot identifier 201005_2.0003.635/6: cadastral district 0003 Mętna; Mielnik municipality, Siemiatycze county, Podlaskie voivodeship). The detailed scope of the construction work covered by the subject matter of the contract is specified in the design documentation together with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) and the bills of quantities constituting Annexes No 2 and 3 to the SWZ, as well as in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract constituting Annex No 11 to the specification of procurement terms. For the completed subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall provide a free quality guarantee for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the works. The contractor shall bear liability under the statutory warranty for physical defects for the period of the guarantee provided. Details concerning the guarantee are specified in the model contract – Annex No 11 to the Contract. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PZP, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons, i.e. manual workers performing the following categories of activities forming part of the subject matter of the contract, namely general construction, installation and finishing work, and machine and equipment operators, if the performance of these activities constitutes work performed in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277). The requirements concerning employment under an employment contract are specified in the model contract constituting Annex No 11 to the SWZ. The remaining requirements concerning the description of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Chapter 3 of the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
