Opportunity description

3.1. The subject matter of the contract is the “Protection of biodiversity in the south-eastern part of the Northern Subregion of the Opole Region” under the European Funds for Opolskie 2021-2027 programme, divided into two tasks. 3.2. Task No. 1 entitled: “Establishment of a conservation cultivation of weeds in Świercze, together with the construction of shelters for protected bumblebee species and measures concerning the improvement of the conservation status of the hermit beetle”. It consists of the following parts: a) Part 1: Establishment of a conservation cultivation of weeds in Świercze, together with the construction of shelters for protected bumblebee species; b) Part 2: Measures concerning the improvement of the conservation status of the hermit beetle (tree planting). 3.2.1. Place of performance: a) Part 1: part of cadastral plot No. 103, precinct 0070 Świercze, Olesno municipality, a reclaimed area of approximately 0.8 ha, ultimately intended as a habitat area for protected bumblebee species within the ecosystem subtypes indicated in the study entitled: “Natural environment expert opinion preceding preparatory works prior to the implementation of the task involving the establishment of a conservation cultivation of weeds on part of cadastral plot No. 103, Świercze precinct, Olesno municipality” (authored by Prof. Arkadiusz Nowak and Dr hab. Sylwia Nowak, April 2026), hereinafter referred to as the “expert opinion” – Appendix No. 1A b) Part 2: planting locations determined on the basis of data from the Natural Environment Inventory of the Olesno Municipality in the years 2020-2021 (authored by Gobio Usługi Przyrodnicze Michał Mięsikowski), hereinafter referred to as the “Inventory” – Appendix 2. The final planting locations will be designated on the basis of the provided list of cadastral plots owned by the Olesno Municipality, following approval by the environmental supervision authority – Appendix No. 1A 3.3. Task No. 2 entitled: “Cleaning up an area contaminated with waste” a) The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive service comprising the loading, transport and management (e.g. recovery and/or disposal) of waste generated after the sorting of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as the “waste”. b) The main mass of waste covered by the contract consists of waste classified, in accordance with the available documentation, under code: 15 01 02 Plastic packaging waste. c) The estimated quantity of waste referred to in point 1.2 is approximately 745 Mg. This is an indicative value. The Contractor is obliged to remove all waste located within the area covered by the contract, regardless of the final mass of the waste. Performance of the contract includes the removal and processing of waste located on the indicated contaminated area of approximately 0.8 ha (constituting the target location for the implementation of part of task 1 entitled: Establishment of a conservation cultivation of weeds in Świercze, together with the construction of shelters for protected bumblebee species and measures concerning the improvement of the conservation status of the hermit beetle). The final mass of the waste will be determined on the basis of the actual weighing of the waste on a certified scale upon its acceptance by the facility carrying out the processing operation. The document from the given weighing will be used in the process of approving the waste transfer note (KPO) in the BDO system 3.4.
