Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is: Organization and logistical and technical support for a two-day educational fair entitled “Małopolska Future Festival, hereinafter referred to as the Fair or the Festival. 2. Under the contract, the Contractor shall: a. Organize an educational fair entitled “Festival - Małopolska Future” – provide exhibition space for the educational fair together with adjacent cloakrooms for exhibitors and an area for vocational (career) guidance, prepare (arrange) and equip exhibition stands, prepare rooms for the organizer’s use and space for the organization of: a stage/platform, reception, storage areas for exhibitors together with the specified equipment, a place for serving catering (lunch), a first-aid point, and parking, together with providing support for the educational fair, including, among other things, reception, stage, parking, and the first-aid point, ensure security for the Festival, prepare and manage a system for registering participants for and during the Festival and for the organized thematic workshops for students, and prepare photographic and video documentation of the Festival. b. Provide space together with technical support for the organized: education-related meetings, thematic workshops, and a place for a Hackathon workshop for students. c. Provide catering (lunch) for exhibitors, thematic workshop leaders, and students and guardians participating in the Hackathon. d. Ensure the comprehensive organization of a Hackathon workshop, taking place during the Festival, for a maximum of 30 students by providing: two overnight stays with two breakfasts and two dinners, supervision, transport (there and back) from cities/locations in the Małopolskie Voivodeship indicated by the Contracting Authority, a coffee break, teaching materials needed to carry out the Hackathon tasks, and insurance. e. Create graphics/the Festival’s visual identity system and prepare and deliver identification badges to the Contracting Authority. f. Provide an emcee/host for the Hackathon workshop. g. Ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety. h. Ensure accessibility of the event for persons with disabilities. i. Provide personal accident insurance for Festival participants for a total amount of at least PLN 1,000,000 and third-party liability insurance for a total amount of at least PLN 5,000,000. j. In accordance with the Contractor’s declaration expressed in the Tender Form, the Contractor shall produce additional photographic documentation during the Festival. (This provision will be introduced into the contract if the Contractor declares in the tender that it will produce additional photographic documentation during the Festival). k. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ; it will be incorporated as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 4. The conditions for performing the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of that contract – the model contract – and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 5. Pursuant to the provision arising from Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance. 6. The contract is implemented under the project entitled “Małopolska. I know more,” co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme, Priority 6 European Funds for the labour market, education and social inclusion, Measure 6.28 Science and innovation in Małopolska schools, Project type: A. Creation of educational offerings for schools and educational institutions by Małopolska institutions promoting science and innovation (e.g. fablab-type institutions, centres promoting knowledge and science), project No.: FEMP.06.28-IP.01-1594/24 7. CPV designation: 79952000-2 Event services. 8. The Contracting Authority states that the estimated value of the basic contract is: PLN 905,658.00 net. 9.
