Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the preparation and delivery of entrepreneurship and business classes for young people. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the swz and will be incorporated as an annex to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the model contract, and constitute Annex No. 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 4. The Contracting Authority specifies that the Contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the economic copyrights to the works produced, in accordance with the contract. 5. Pursuant to the provision arising from Art. 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of the contract. 1.
