This subject matter of the contract comprises the following Stages: Stage 1 - performance of the Task, comprising the following scopes: -Performance of design work – preparation of the Exhibition Documentation and execution of approved material samples and prototypes; -Execution of construction works together with the accompanying conservation work and archaeological research on the basis of the Design Documentation, preceded by: -Preparation of photographic and photogrammetric documentation and 3D scanning of the façades, roof and chimneys, as well as preparation of condition registers as the basis for further conservation activities and construction works within the respective scopes. -Preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of photographic documentation for a given scope is a prerequisite for commencing the work and works within that scope. 3D scanning of the façades, roof and chimneys is a prerequisite for commencing work on the façades, roof and chimneys, respectively. -Preparation of condition registers is required; however, the deadline for their submission and acceptance is not a prerequisite for commencing the works. The condition registers and all conservation documentation, including photographic and drawing documentation, 3D scanning and descriptive documentation, shall be prepared, submitted and accepted in accordance with the material and financial schedule for performance of the contract constituting Annex No M19 to the SWZ. Execution of the Exhibition, including the supply of display cases, on the basis of the Exhibition Documentation. Stage 2 - Support Service, Stage 3 – Technical Maintenance Service, Stage 4 - Conservation of movable monuments obtained during archaeological research, conservation work and construction works. 3.3. This subject matter of the contract comprises the following Stages: 3.3.1. Stage 1 - performance of the Task, comprising the following scopes: 3.3.1.1. Performance of design work – preparation of the Exhibition Documentation and execution of approved material samples and prototypes; 3.3.1.2. Execution of construction works together with the accompanying conservation work and archaeological research on the basis of the Design Documentation, preceded by: 3.3.1.3. Preparation of photographic and photogrammetric documentation and 3D scanning of the façades, roof and chimneys, as well as preparation of condition registers as the basis for further conservation activities and construction works within the respective scopes. 3.3.1.4. Stage 3 – Technical Maintenance Service, 3.3.4. Stage 4 - Conservation of movable monuments obtained during archaeological research, conservation work and construction works. Contractors may participate in the public procurement procedure if they meet the conditions for participation regarding: 3.1. possession of the experience necessary to perform the subject matter of the contract - the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have duly performed, during the last ten (10) years before the deadline for submitting requests to participate (if the entity has existed for a shorter period – since the commencement of its activity): 3.1.1. One (1) construction project comprising structural and construction works, sanitary, electrical and low-current installations, and finishing works, in a building with a volume of not less than 6 000 m³, entered in the register of monuments or a register of a similar nature maintained by authorities established for this purpose in other countries, or in the inventory of a museum that is a Cultural Institution; 3.1.2. One (1) construction project with a total value of not less than PLN 15 million gross, comprising structural and construction works, sanitary, electrical and low-current installations, and finishing works in a building entered in the register of monuments or a register of a similar nature maintained by authorities established for this purpose in other countries, or in the inventory of a museum that is a Cultural Institution; 3.1.3. One (1) construction project with a value of not less than PLN 1 million gross, consisting, inter alia, of strengthening structural elements of a building entered in the register of monuments or a register of a similar nature maintained by authorities established for this purpose in other countries, or in the inventory of a museum that is a Cultural Institution; 3.1.4. Two (2) services comprising conservation work in facilities entered in the register of monuments or a register of a similar nature maintained by authorities established for this purpose in other countries, or in the inventory of a museum that is a Cultural Institution, with a value of the work of not less than PLN 1 million gross each; 3.1.5. At least one (1) task whose scope included the design, supply and installation, or the supply and installation on the basis of its own shop drawings, of museum display cases - within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of 2 September 2014 on protecting museum collections against fire, theft and other dangers threatening their destruction or loss, intended for displaying historical objects, with lighting systems and systems maintaining the internal climate and maintaining airtightness at least at the level of ACD < 0,4, with a value of at least PLN 2,5 million gross; 3.2. possession of professional capacity - the Contractor must have the following persons capable of performing the contract at its disposal: 3.2.1. a construction site manager holding unrestricted construction qualifications to manage construction works in the structural and construction specialization, and the qualifications and experience specified in Article 37c of the Act on the Protection of Monuments, meeting the following requirements: 3.2.1.1. at least five years of experience (understood as the total number of months worked* – 60, acquired after obtaining unrestricted construction qualifications to manage construction works in the structural and construction specialization) in performing the function of construction site manager, including at least 24 months* of experience in managing construction works carried out in a building entered in the register of monuments or a register of a similar nature maintained by authorities established for this purpose in other countries, or in the inventory of a museum that is a Cultural Institution; 3.2.1.2. experience in performing the function of construction site manager overseeing the execution of construction works on an investment with a construction works value of not less than PLN 4 million gross, which also included conservation work in a building entered in the register of monuments or a register of a similar nature maintained by authorities established for this purpose in other countries, or in the inventory of a museum that is a Cultural Institution; 3.2.1.3. membership in the professional self-government chamber appropriate to the qualifications held.
