Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organisation service for a stand intended for entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie region during the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO on 8–11 September 2026, carried out as part of the “Świętokrzyskie for Business” Project. 2. The Contracting Authority plans to organise an exhibition stand promoting Świętokrzyskie enterprises during the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO on 8–11 September 2026 in Kielce, at the Targi Kielce trade fair and exhibition centre: address: ul. Zakładowa 1, 25-672 Kielce. 3. The Contracting Authority has reserved an exhibition area of 80.00 m2, which will be used by representatives of the Marshal’s Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and made available to a maximum of five Świętokrzyskie entrepreneurs (sub-exhibitors) operating in at least one of the industries defined as smart specialisations of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. 4. Note! The above-mentioned stand exhibition area was reserved and purchased in advance by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor will not have to include this cost in its tender. 5.
