1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the formal and accounting assessment of applications (together with attachments) for co-financing of projects (in the form of non-repayable funds—grants) submitted under the announced continuous call for co-financing of projects under the Priority Programme Co-financing of household energy storage facilities, part 1), financed from KPO funds. The contract has been divided into 2 parts, i.e.: a) Part 1—Formal and accounting assessment of applications for co-financing of projects submitted under the announced continuous call for co-financing of projects under PP Co-financing of household energy storage facilities, part 1—part A. b) Part 2—Formal and accounting assessment of applications for co-financing of projects submitted under the announced continuous call for co-financing of projects under PP Co-financing of household energy storage facilities, part 1—part B. 1.1. Under each Part, the subject of the contract includes the following basic contract and contract covered by the option right, i.e.: a) under the basic contract, the Contractor will carry out 3,000 formal and accounting assessments of applications for co-financing submitted under the announced continuous call within the Priority Programme Co-financing of household energy storage facilities, part 1. b) under the contract covered by the option right, if the Contracting Authority exercises the option right, the Contractor will carry out further assessments—2,000 formal and accounting assessments of applications for co-financing submitted under the announced continuous call within the Priority Programme Co-financing of household energy storage facilities, part 1. Under both Parts of the contract (1 and 2), the basic contracts jointly cover the performance of 6,000 assessments of applications for co-financing, while the contracts under the option right jointly cover the performance of a further 4,000 assessments of applications. Therefore, under both Parts combined, a maximum of up to 10,000 formal and accounting assessments of applications for co-financing are envisaged for performance. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, identical for each Part of the contract and covering the basic contract and the contract under the option right, is set out in the Material provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 1.2. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor applying for the contract in question—in Parts 1 and 2—be a Contractor who: - will assign to the performance of the contract persons none of whom participated in preparing and submitting applications for co-financing under the Priority Programme Co-financing of household energy storage facilities, part 1), financed from KPO funds, acting as the Applicant or as the Applicant’s Attorney-in-fact, and none of whom is excluded from the possibility of performing the contract for other reasons referred to in Appendix No. 6 to Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ; - will perform the subject of the contract in a given Part with a team consisting of a minimum of 10 (ten) and a maximum of 20 (twenty) persons, provided that if the Contractor performs more than one Part of the contract, the persons on the teams for the respective Parts may not be repeated. After selection of the most advantageous tender and before conclusion of the contract, the Contractor will identify the persons (first name and surname) who will constitute the team of persons performing the given Part of the contract, in accordance with the guidelines specified in point XVII point 2 of the SWZ. 1.
