Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for SMEs. Details concerning projects that may be financed are contained in the Financial Instrument Specifications (Specifications), constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU). 2. The contract will consist in the repetition of similar services or construction works amounting to 100% of the value of the basic contract, i.e. the transfer of the Financial Contribution from the Fund of Funds under the conditions specified in the Essential Contractual Provisions, and includes the provision by the Contractor of the service specified in the SWZ Part III, i.e. the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument “Loan for SMEs” and the granting of at least 41 Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the “Financial Instrument Specifications for the Loan for SMEs” in a total amount of at least PLN 14,000,000.00 from the financial contribution made from the Fund of Funds by the Contracting Authority to the established Financial Instrument, supplemented by the Contractor’s own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the tender procedure stage. The Contractor undertakes to disburse, before the expiry of half of the Portfolio Building Period, at least 40% of the Loan for SMEs Limit for Individual Loans to Final Recipients.
