Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the selection of Financing Partners (FPs) providing the Contracting Authority with services consisting in managing a specific fund created for the purpose of granting preferential loans for education under Project No. FEPM.05.10-IZ.00-0001/23 “European loans for education for Pomerania” under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 programme. Part I – covers the provision to the Contracting Authority of services consisting in managing a specific fund in the amount of PLN 13,000,000.00 and achieving the indicator defined as the number of employed persons, including self-employed persons, covered by support under the programme, in the amount of 547; under this part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to achieve the result indicator defined as the number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme, in the amount of 517. Part II – covers the provision to the Contracting Authority of services consisting in managing a specific fund in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 and achieving the indicator defined as the number of employed persons, including self-employed persons, covered by support under the programme, in the amount of 295; under this part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to achieve the result indicator defined as the number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme, in the amount of 278.
