Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for renewable energy. Details concerning the projects that may be financed are contained in the Financial Instrument Specifications (Specifications), constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU). The financial contribution from the Holding Fund's resources (without the Option Right) covers the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for renewable energy and the granting of Individual Loans with the parameters specified in the “Specifications of the Financial Instrument Loan for renewable energy”, from the financial contribution of the Holding Fund contributed by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in a total amount of PLN 8,500,000.00, supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the tender procedure stage (the Financing Partner's Contribution to each Individual Loan amounts to no less than 5% of its value). The granting of Individual Loans is intended to result in support for renewable energy through the achievement of the indicators specified in Chapter III, point 8 of the SWZ. A single Final Investment may simultaneously contribute to the achievement of each of the indicators specified in Chapter III, point 8 of the SWZ. Procedure: open.
