4. Description of the subject matter of the contract 4.1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply, in the form of an operating lease with a purchase option, of a factory-new waste baling press with equipment and a PET bottle perforator, and a new feed conveyor for the press, including installation, hereinafter referred to as the “leased asset.” 4.2. The requirements concerning the baling press, i.e. the required technical parameters as well as the required minimum equipment, have been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ 4.3. Insurance of the channel baling press shall be the responsibility of the Contracting Authority. 4.4. Requirements concerning the operating lease: ●lease denominated in PLN, ●48 lease instalments ●The lease instalments shall be equal, fixed and unchanged throughout the lease term, subject to changes expressly permitted in the draft contractual provisions. ● The WIBOR 1M base rate as at the date on which the contract notice is sent to the Official Journal of the European Union shall be used solely to calculate the tender and shall not result in an automatic change in the instalments after conclusion of the contract.” ●Instalments payable starting from the month following the handover of the subject matter of the contract, on the 10th day of each month, ●amount of the initial payment – PLN 1500 000.00 net + VAT, •initial payment payable within 7 days after signing the lease agreement, •purchase option, •purchase price of the leased asset after expiry of the lease agreement – 1% of the value of the leased asset /plus VAT/ 4.5. Warranty period – at least 24 months /with no operating-hour limit/ 4.6. Service conditions: servicing by an authorised representative of the manufacturer. 4.7. The machine must be in good technical working order, ready for operation and free from legal defects. 6.6. The Contracting Authority designates at least two dates for the site visit – 28 July 2026 and 30 July 2026 between 10.00 and 14.00. At least 2 working days before the designated dates for the site visit, each potential Contractor shall notify the Contracting Authority in writing at zamoowienia@zuokrudno.pl. of its intention to attend the site visit. Following such notification, the Contracting Authority shall immediately inform the Contractor of the exact time of the site visit. 4. Description of the subject matter of the contract 4.1. Requirements concerning the operating lease: ●lease denominated in PLN, ●48 lease instalments ●• lease instalments of a variable amount throughout the lease term, dependent on changes in the WIBOR 1M base rate; •• the WIBOR 1M base rate as at the date on which the contract notice is sent to the Official Journal of the European Union shall be used to calculate the tender; after conclusion of the contract, the amount of the lease instalments shall be updated if WIBOR 1M changes, in accordance with the change in that index; ●Instalments payable starting from the month following the handover of the subject matter of the contract, on the 10th day of each month, ●amount of the initial payment – 35% of the net value of the subject matter of the contract, + VAT, •initial payment payable within 7 days after signing the lease agreement, •purchase option, •purchase price of the leased asset after expiry of the lease agreement – 25% of the value of the leased asset /plus VAT/ 4.5. Warranty period – at least 24 months /with no operating-hour limit/ 4.6. Service conditions: servicing by an authorised representative of the manufacturer. 4.7.
