Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the “Supply of a brand-new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for OSP Subkowy” as part of the implementation of the public task: Ensuring the operational readiness of a fire protection unit incorporated into the national rescue and firefighting system. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. Under this contract, the Contractor additionally undertakes to provide: 1) the chassis type-approval certificate; 2) the documentation necessary to register the vehicle as a “special-purpose vehicle”, as required under the Road Traffic Act; 3) operating instructions in Polish for the vehicle chassis, firefighting body, and installed devices and equipment, 4) a copy of the CNBOP-PIB certificate of approval; 5) the vehicle warranty booklet; 6) a list of service locations.
