Opportunity description

1) The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for OSP Brzeziny Śląskie. 2) The subject matter of the contract, including the contract performance conditions, is specified in detail by: a) the technical specification; b) Draft contractual provisions. 3) If the procurement documents indicate trademarks, patents, origin, sources or specific processes characterising the products, materials, solutions or services supplied by a particular contractor or manufacturer, or standards and other references referred to in Article 101(1)(2) or (3) of the Act, they must be treated as examples, while the Contracting Authority permits the offering of equivalent materials or solutions. Materials, equipment or solutions with parameters no worse than those required shall be deemed equivalent, and if minimum parameters have not been specified, this shall mean materials, equipment or solutions with similar parameters, suitable for the required application, including in terms of identity of function, type and quality of materials, and technical data. 4) The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots. 5) The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 6) The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 7) Pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, the performance of a public contract involving subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacities are relied on within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU is prohibited where they account for more than 10% of the contract value. 8) The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks.
