Opportunity description

Supply of a light rescue and firefighting vehicle with a technical rescue function, together with a trailer for transporting firefighting equipment, for the Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Ludwików Volunteer Fire Brigade unit. The contract is being carried out as part of the task: Increasing Tomaszów Mazowiecki's resilience to environmental changes through climate change adaptation measures. Further information is provided in the SWZ. (DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT) This contract concerns the supply of: a) a light rescue and firefighting vehicle. The vehicle offered must comply with the minimum requirements contained in this specification, b) a trailer for transporting firefighting equipment, hereinafter referred to as the “trailer”, with parameters compliant with the minimum requirements contained in the description of the subject matter of the contract. The vehicle supplied under this contract must be brand-new, i.e. unused, undamaged, non-remanufactured, unencumbered by the rights of third parties or entities, and sourced through the manufacturer's legal sales channel. The vehicle chassis must have a type-approval certificate in accordance with separate national regulations relating to road traffic law. The devices and components installed in the vehicle should meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The manufacturer and the vehicle must possess: a) a Certificate of Approval issued by CNBOP-PIB, valid on the date of delivery of the vehicle; b) an extract from the chassis type-approval certificate; c) a current authorization from the manufacturer and the chassis importer to perform bodywork installations. 4. The contract covers the sale, delivery and free servicing, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions, of the vehicle – chassis and bodywork – during the warranty and statutory warranty period offered by the Contractor.
