SUPPLY OF A MEDIUM RESCUE AND FIREFIGHTING VEHICLE WITH INTEGRAL EQUIPMENT FOR OSP KAMIŃSK. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the detailed technical description of the medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with integral equipment, which constitutes Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ and simultaneously constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter PPU), and in the PPU, which constitute Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract offered by the contractor must comply with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in the detailed technical description of the medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with integral equipment, which constitutes Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ and simultaneously constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the PPU. All trademarks, patents or origins indicated in the SWZ documentation (including its appendices) shall be understood as examples, and every such indication shall be accompanied by the words “or equivalent”. An equivalent product for the specified subject matter of the contract shall mean a product whose parameters and functionalities correspond to at least the minimum parameters and functionalities detailed and specified in the detailed scope, in the description of the subject matter of the contract (the detailed technical description of the medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with integral equipment, which constitutes Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ and simultaneously constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the PPU). A contractor relying on solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is required to demonstrate that the supplies it offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. For this purpose, the contractor is required to attach to the tender the relevant documents containing a description / parameters / functionality of the equivalent solutions used. The aforementioned documents should allow the Contracting Authority to determine unequivocally that the equivalent solutions offered in the tender comply with the requirements specified in the SWZ.
