The description of the subject matter of the contract consists of a detailed technical description of the medium-sized firefighting and extinguishing vehicle, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The technical and functional parameters of the subject matter of the contract have been specified by the Contracting Authority as minimum requirements, and the Contracting Authority permits the supply to include a firefighting and extinguishing vehicle with better parameters.
