3. Contract award procedure: the contract is being conducted under an open procedure, pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The Contracting Authority envisages applying the reverse order of tender evaluation in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and will then carry out the qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. Art. 139(3) and (4) shall apply accordingly. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 2 rescue and firefighting vehicles (1 unit with 4x4 drive and 1 unit with 6x6 drive). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor will be required to provide a minimum 24-month warranty for defects and guarantee for the supplied equipment. If the manufacturer’s guarantee is shorter than the minimum required by the Contracting Authority, the guarantee provided by the Contractor shall be binding on the Parties. If the Contractor offers a guarantee longer than the minimum, the warranty period for defects shall be equal to the guarantee period offered. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the submission, together with the tender, of evidence relating to the subject matter of the contract confirming the compliance of the equipment offered with the technical and operational requirements and parameters specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e.: - A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract by completing the Tender Form containing the technical and operational parameters of the equipment – in accordance with Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (for the 4X4 and 6X6 vehicles); - The manufacturer’s declaration of compliance with emission standards, or another document confirming this parameter. - A declaration of compliance with the DNSH principle (according to the template constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ; supply of 2 rescue and firefighting vehicles (1 unit with 4x4 drive and 1 unit with 6x6 drive).
