Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for OSP Modlnica. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and its performance is contained in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor must offer to perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements specified in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit, together with the tender, a completed form entitled Functions, technical parameters and required conditions of the subject matter of the contract, which must be supplemented with the required information, as appropriate, according to the template in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. In the form, the Contractor declares that the vehicle offered has the features and technical parameters required by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject matter of the contract and provides the make of the vehicle offered and its specific version/model.
