Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply entitled “Purchase and delivery of a new fire engine for the needs of the OSP in Zaborze”. The material scope of the task includes in particular: 1. the delivery of a brand-new, medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drivetrain for the Volunteer Fire Department unit in Zaborze (Chybie Municipality), 2. the delivery, together with the vehicle, of complete documentation enabling its use in accordance with its intended purpose, 3. the training of persons designated by the Contracting Authority, 4. the performance of required servicing/inspections during the warranty period. The Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted. The procedure is conducted by the entity entrusted with conducting the procedure—the Chybie Municipality. Pursuant to Article 37(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Chybie Municipality acts in this procedure as the Contracting Authority’s Representative.
