Opportunity description

As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, a bodied and equipped, brand-new (year of manufacture 2026), medium, off-road special rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system must be delivered, with the minimum technical and operational parameters specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, a bodied and equipped, brand-new (year of manufacture 2026), medium, off-road special rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system must be delivered, with the minimum technical and operational parameters specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The vehicle must be technically operational, safe, complete, ready for use, and comply with the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles. The performance of the subject matter of the contract and its commissioning must comply with all legal acts applicable to the subject matter of the contract and the standards in force for this type of vehicle.
