Opportunity description
1) The subject matter of the contract is: “Purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Rybno” 2) The CONTRACTOR undertakes to manufacture, deliver, transfer ownership to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and hand over to it a vehicle under the task "Purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Rybno”, meeting the minimum technical and operational requirements specified in Annex No. 1a to the Specification of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract (SWZ), constituting an integral part of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Subject matter of the agreement”. 3) The CONTRACTOR shall hand over to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY the Subject matter of the agreement with a full tank of fuel and operating fluids. 4) Ownership of the Subject matter of the agreement shall pass to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY upon its signing of the actual acceptance protocol without reservations, following prior completion of training. 5) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the description of the contracting authority’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance are set out in: - description of the subject matter of the contract– Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The indicated requirements and technical parameters constitute the minimum requirements that the offered subject matter of the contract must meet. The Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure at least the same level of quality, functionality, safety, durability, and technical and operational parameters as the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. - draft agreement – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory. Failure to meet the aforementioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act. 6) Warranty - The required warranty period for the chassis is a minimum of 24 months. - The required warranty period for the bodywork is a minimum of 24 months. The Contractor may extend the warranty period for the completed subject matter of the contract. A tender providing for an extension of the warranty period will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous tender - Chapter III, Subchapter 5 of the SWZ.
