Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of one (1) medium rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Łęki Szlacheckie under the Priority Programme “Strengthening the readiness of Volunteer Fire Brigade units - purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles”, co-financed with funds from WFOŚiGW in Łódź. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract, including the minimum TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A MEDIUM RESCUE AND FIREFIGHTING VEHICLE). All requirements specified in the SWZ constitute minimum (technical and quality) requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory. The Contractor is required to provide the necessary documents together with the vehicles, in particular:  Technical documentation and operating instructions in Polish for the vehicle chassis, firefighting body, and installed devices and equipment;  A current certificate of approval for use in fire protection for the vehicle (the certificate must be valid on the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract);  Documentation necessary to register the vehicle as a “special-purpose vehicle”, arising from the Road Traffic Law, including the type-approval certificate and other documents required in accordance with Annex No. 11 to the SWZ; This contract concerns the Priority Programme “Strengthening the readiness of Volunteer Fire Brigade units - purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles”, co-financed with funds from the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź.
