The subject of the contract is the modernization of the water intake, treatment and supply system as part of the implementation of the project entitled: “Modernization and launch of a smart water supply network in the Municipality of Andrzejewo”. 1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular, the following elements: 1) Equipment for operating and monitoring water consumption, together with monitoring of the water supply network, including: a) DN 20 meters with attachments and a backflow prevention valve – 945 pcs., b) Mobile hydrant meters – 1 pc., c) Radio Scanner – 1 pc., d) Tablet for reading and configuring measuring devices – 1 pc., e) Measuring Posts – 15 pcs., f) Replacement of hydrants with DN90 gate valves – 350 pcs. g) Replacement of DN100 gate valves – 6 pcs., h) Replacement of DN110 gate valves – 12 pcs., i) Replacement of DN150 gate valves – 12 pcs., j) Replacement of DN160 gate valves – 5 pcs., k) Replacement of DN220 gate valves – 2 pcs., l) Cleaning, flushing and disinfection of the network – 1 set, m) Pipe freezer – 1 pc., n) 27U rack cabinet with accessories (power strip, patch panel, shelf) – 1 pc., o) Server – 1 pc., p) NAS server for backups – 1 pc., q) UPS power supply – 1 pc., r) Managed switch – 1 pc., s) UTM – 1 pc., t) Desktop computer set with monitor and software – 1 pc., u) Laptop computer with software – 1 pc. 2) Software for operating and monitoring water consumption and monitoring the water supply network, including: a) eBOK – 1 pc., b) eGIS – 1 pc., c) Telemetry System for water sales management – 1 pc., d) Mathematical model of the water distribution system – 1 pc., e) System for smart management of the water supply network (e.g. SCADA) – 1 pc., f) ERP system integration – 1 pc., g) Backup software – 1 pc., h) Cybersecurity system (Log server, SIEM, vulnerabilities) - 1 set, 3) Implementation of software and hardware – 1 set, 4) Modernization of the Water Treatment Plant in Andrzejewo, including: a) Replacement of two submersible pumps – 1 set, b) Installation of UV lamps – 1 set, 5) Modernization of the Water Treatment Plant in Zaręby Bolędy, including: a) Replacement of two submersible pumps – 1 set, b) Installation of UV lamps – 1 set, 6) Modernization of the Water Treatment Plant in Króle Małe, including: a) Installation of UV lamps – 1 set. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including: the quantity, scope, type and quantity of supplies and services, warranty and servicing conditions, is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular: 1) the delivery, installation and commissioning, based on the technical documentation held by the Contracting Authority, of 3 photovoltaic installations on public utility buildings, including: a) a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of min. 30kW together with an energy storage facility with a capacity of 45 kWh for the water pumping station building in Andrzejewo on plot No. 459/3, Andrzejewo cadastral district, b) a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of min. 40 kW together with an energy storage facility with a capacity of 60 kWh for the water pumping station building in Króle Małe on plot No. 49, Króle Małe cadastral district, c) a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of min 30 kW together with an energy storage facility with a capacity of 45 kWh for the water pumping station building in Zaręby Bolędy on plot No. 113, Zaręby Ciemne cadastral district. 2) delivery of all components of the photovoltaic installation, 3) routing the power supply line to the inverter, 4) installation of photovoltaic modules, 5) laying cables connecting the photovoltaic modules, 6) laying cables connecting the photovoltaic modules to the inverter, 7) installation of the inverter and DC- and AC-side protective devices, 8) connection of the modules to the inverter, 9) connection of the installation to the electricity meter, 10) checking the operation of the system 11) taking measurements of the installation, 12) tidying the site and handing over the completed system to the investor for operation, 13) training designated persons in operation and procedures in cases of improper operation of the installation, 14) preparation of measurement reports, 15) acceptance of the works with the handover of as-built documentation, measurement reports, and approvals (certificates) for the products. 2.
