The quantities provided are the estimated demand for the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out deliveries only during the period when classes are held. The articles covered by this procedure must meet the requirements of Polish PN standards or European harmonised standards, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 July 2016 on the group of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and young people in education system units and the requirements to be met by foodstuffs used as part of the collective feeding of children and young people in those units (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154 of 2016.08.01). The Contractor shall supply a fresh, Class I product with an appropriate use-by date: a. Foodstuffs b. Dairy products – min. 21 days before the expiry date c. Bread and bakery products With each delivery of goods, the Contractor is obliged to attach a commercial identification document. Each package should be supplied with a label containing the following information: product name, use-by date, manufacturer’s name and address, storage conditions, production batch designation. a. Meat – young animals, fresh product in bulk packages of 5kg–20kg (without retail or individual packaging) b. Cold cuts – Grade I c. Poultry – fresh in bulk packages of 5kg–20kg (without retail or individual packaging), free of feather and skin remnants, undamaged. The Supplier guarantees that the meat is inspected each time and, upon request, shall present the appropriate certificate from the competent veterinarian. The pancake batter must be soft, elastic, fluffy and delicate, so that consuming the product does not pose a problem for young children, mainly in classes “0–3”. In the dumplings, the plum content should constitute at least 30% of the finished product. a. Prepared food products – ready-made products With each delivery of goods, the Contractor is obliged to attach a commercial identification document.
