Opportunity description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of poultry and poultry offal, pork, beef, beef and pork offal, game, poultry cold cuts, poultry ready-made products, and pork and beef cold cuts and offal products for CRR KRUS NIWA in Kołobrzeg during the term of the contract, in the quantities and assortment specified in the spreadsheets determining the tender price, constituting Annexes No. 1A.1., 1A.2., 1A.3. and 1A.4. to the SWZ – Contract assortment – Spreadsheet determining the tender price. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the requirements, and the Contractor’s obligations related to its performance are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, including the Contract assortment – Spreadsheet determining the tender price annexes concerning the individual Tasks, in the Tender Form, and in the Draft contract. 3) The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 4 parts, namely Task No. 1 – supplies of poultry and poultry offal, Task No. 2 – supplies of pork, beef, beef and pork offal, and game, Task No. 3 – supplies of poultry cold cuts and poultry ready-made products, and Task No. 4 – supplies of pork and beef cold cuts and offal products. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of poultry and poultry offal for CRR KRUS NIWA during the term of the contract, in the quantities and assortment specified in Annex No. 1A.1. to the SWZ – Contract assortment – Spreadsheet determining the tender price. The requirements and the Contractor’s obligations related to the performance of the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, including the Contract assortment – Spreadsheet determining the tender price annex, which also constitutes a detailed description of the subject matter of this contract, in the Tender Form, and in the Draft contract. The required contract performance period is 12 months calculated from 01 January 2027. A tender submitted for a given Task must cover the entire scope of the subject matter of the contract provided for in the SWZ for that Task.
