Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of food products and articles for the SP ZOZ MSWiA Health Resort Sanatorium in Kołobrzeg in the quantities and assortment specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annexes No. 1.1–1.9 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting the assortment and price form that is Annexes No. 1.1–1.9 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into 9 parts (“tasks”): task No. 1 – delivery of fresh, frozen, salted and smoked fish; task No. 2 – delivery of seasonal vegetables and fruit; task No. 3 – delivery of year-round vegetables and fruit; task No. 4 – delivery of dairy products and processed dairy products; task No. 5 – delivery of pork and pork products; task No. 6 – delivery of fresh poultry and poultry products; task No. 7 – delivery of various food articles; task No. 8 – delivery of frozen foods; task No. 9 – delivery of eggs. Successive deliveries of fish and fish products in accordance with the assortment and price form.
