The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – the “Act on Forests”), covering work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and nursery management and seed production, to be performed in the Borki Forest District in 2026.
