Opportunity description

1) The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663, as amended – the “Act on Forests”), comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and forest management, to be performed in the Daleszyce Forest District in 2026 in the Sieraków and Trzemosna forest ranges. 2) The contract is divided into 2 parts (Packages). 3) The material scope of the subject matter of the contract comprises the aggregate quantities of work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and forest management, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of the work is contained in the procurement documents. 4) The SWZ (Terms of Reference) is available on the website for the procedure being conducted—the address is provided in this notice. 5) Procedure: open procedure. Legal basis—Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132–139 of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as subsequently amended). The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663—the “Act on Forests”), comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and forest management. The estimated value of the contract stated in point 5.1.5 was calculated on the basis of the value of the basic contract amounting to PLN 379 435.20, increased by 30% (option) and by 50% (similar contracts pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP Act). 1. The contract performance period during which Orders will be issued by the Contracting Authority: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2026. The start date stated in the contract notice (point 5.1.3) is a date set for technical reasons; actual performance of the contract will commence on the date the contract is concluded. The foregoing does not prejudice the possibility of exercising rights arising from the contract (including, in particular, notifying readiness for acceptance and calculating contractual penalties) after the end date referred to in the preceding sentence, or the possibility of extending the contract performance period by amending the contract. 2. The deadlines for performing individual works (in each Package) will be specified in Orders prepared by the Contracting Authority’s Representative. 3. The deadline for performing the works specified in the Orders will under no circumstances be later than 15 January 2027.
