Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530 – the “Act on Forests”), including work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and other forestry work, to be performed in the Mińsk Forest District in 2027. The planned service period is from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530 – the “Act on Forests”), including work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and other forestry work, to be performed in the Pełczanka, Mienia and Jeziorek forest districts in 2027. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
