The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Art. 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – the “Act on Forests”), to be performed in the Włocławek Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes aggregate quantities (separately for each part of the contract) in the following areas: timber harvesting and skidding (including mechanized timber harvesting), silviculture and forest protection, fire protection of forest areas, nursery management (including mechanical soil preparation), and management of forest areas (including tourism infrastructure development). The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services comprising work in the areas of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and other work, to be performed in the Szpetal and Dębice Forest Ranges in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services comprising work in the following areas: timber harvesting and skidding (including mechanized timber harvesting), silviculture and forest protection, fire protection of forest areas, nursery management (including mechanical soil preparation), and management of forest areas (including tourism infrastructure development), to be performed in the Lipiny and Osięciny Forest Ranges in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services comprising work in the areas of timber harvesting and skidding (including mechanized timber harvesting), silviculture and forest protection (including mechanical soil preparation), fire protection of forest areas, and management of forest areas (including tourism infrastructure development), as well as nursery management, to be performed in the Przyborowo Forest Range. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services comprising work in the areas of timber harvesting and skidding (including mechanized timber harvesting), silviculture and forest protection, fire protection of forest areas, nursery management (including mechanical soil preparation), and management of forest areas (including tourism infrastructure development), to be performed in the Mursk and Kukawy Forest Ranges in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is mechanized timber harvesting services to be performed in the Poraza, Dębice, Brześć Kuj., Rybnica, Wikaryjskie, and Przyborowo Forest Ranges in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is mechanized timber harvesting services to be performed in the Dąb, Ruda, Goreń, Mursk, and Kukawy Forest Ranges in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services comprising work involving the operation of the forest district’s alarm and dispatch center in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services comprising work to limit the development and spread of fires in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.
