A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – the “Act on Forests”), comprising work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as nature conservation, education and tourism, to be performed in the Międzyrzecz Forest District in the years 2026/2027. The subject matter of the contract will be divided into 2 parts ("Packages"). The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests, comprising work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nature conservation and tourism, to be performed in the following areas: Dłusko Forest Range, Rokitno Forest Range, Żabin Forest Range in the years 2026/2027. The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests, comprising work in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nature conservation, tourism and education, to be performed in the following areas: Chycina Forest Range, Gorzyca Forest Range, Bobowicko Forest Range in the years 2026/2027.
