Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663, as amended – the “Act on Forests”), comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as forest seed production and maintenance of nursery operations, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District in 2027. Planned commencement and completion dates for performance of the contract: 04.01.2027 – 31.12.2027. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Korytków forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Kacprów forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Józefów forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Gracuch forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Stoki forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Janów forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Smolarnia forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Wąsosz forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Izabelów forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising work in the fields of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (Gatniki forest range) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. The subject of the contract is forest management services comprising forest protection work, to be performed in the Barycz Forest District (in all forest ranges within the Forest District) in 2027. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the preceding sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. Procedure: open.
