The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663), comprising work in the fields of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of facilities (tourist facilities, forest roads, vehicle parking areas), and nursery management and forest seed management, to be performed in the Gołąbki Forest District in 2027. Planned commencement and completion dates for performance of the contract: 02.01.2027 – 31.12.2027. The contract period will run from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2027. If the contract is concluded earlier than 02.01.2027, performance of the contract will commence on 02.01.2027.
