The subject matter of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Art. 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – the “Act on Forests”), comprising work in the fields of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as tourism development and the ancillary use of forests, to be performed in the Złoty Potok Forest District in 2027.
