The subject of the contract is forestry management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663, as amended – the "Act on Forests"), covering work in the fields of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, maintenance of forest facilities, seed production, nursery management, meadow and agricultural management, and game management, to be performed in the Jedwabno Forest District in 2027.
