Opportunity description

1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: 1) The subject matter of the contract comprises forestry services pursuant to Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – the “Forest Act”), covering the collection of European beech seeds in an estimated quantity of 20,000 kg from excluded seed stands (WDN) and managed seed stands (GDN), to be performed within the Gryfino Forest District in 2026. The subject matter of the contract also includes the transport of the collected seeds to the Seed Storage Facility in Pniewo. 2) The place of performance of the subject matter of the contract will be the administrative area of the Gryfino Forest District, forest ranges: Klęskowo, Śmierdnica, Glinna, Kołowo (the “Performance Area”). 3) The quantity of work commissioned for performance during the implementation of the Subject Matter of the Contract may be lower than the estimated quantity of 20,000.00 kg; however, this may not constitute grounds for any claims by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, irrespective of their legal basis. The Contracting Authority may commission a smaller scope, but not less than 50% of the Value of the Subject Matter of the Contract. If previously unforeseeable factors occur, such as very poor seed quality due to extreme weather conditions (drought) or a lower actual seed yield than previously assumed, the Contracting Authority may withdraw from performing the subject matter of the contract or perform the subject matter of the contract to an extent smaller than that indicated in the preceding sentence. In such a situation, the Contracting Authority has determined fixed costs for laying out and folding up the nets intended for seed collection over an area of 1 ha, as referred to in the draft contract. 4) If previously unforeseeable factors occur, such as very poor seed quality due to extreme weather conditions (drought) or a lower actual seed yield than previously assumed, the Contracting Authority may withdraw from performing the subject matter of the contract or perform the subject matter of the contract to an extent smaller than that indicated in the preceding sentence.
