Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of fuels—i.e. diesel fuel and unleaded petrol—in a cashless sales system for the needs of Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej w Jezierzycach Sp. z o.o. at the Contractor's fuel stations, in accordance with the quantitative demand: 1) diesel fuel in an estimated quantity of 300,000 litres—including the mandatory availability at the station, in addition to standard summer and winter diesel (cold filter plugging temperature down to - 20 o C), of at least one dispenser with “premium” class Diesel fuel with a cold filter plugging temperature down to at least - 28 o C. 2) unleaded petrol in an estimated quantity of 15,000 litres 3) LPG gas in an estimated quantity of 2,000 litres The indicated quantities of the individual fuels are approximate and may change depending on needs. The fuels covered by this contract should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards. The fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Industry and from the Minister of Climate and Environment of 30 December 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1980) and standards PN-EN 228 and PN-EN 590, as amended). The Contractor shall present fuel quality certificate documents at the fuel station at each request of the Contracting Authority. 1.
