Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of: PART 1 - Additional hairdressing equipment PART 2 – Furniture, blinds PART 3 – Hairdressing software, computers, IT equipment PART 4 – Sanitary facilities PART 5 – Consumable materials PART 6 - Catering software, computers, IT equipment Telecommunications works - installation of electrical and data cabling for the installed devices. In accordance with the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION of 19 February 2025 amending the regulation on the basic conditions necessary for schools and teachers to carry out teaching, educational and care tasks and curricula: The manufacturer of the desktop computer (set) should hold: 1. ISO 9001 quality management system certificate; 2. ISO 14001 environmental management certificate. The desktop computer (set) should have: 1. EU declaration of conformity and CE marking; 2. TCO or EPEAT certificate 2. The Contracting Authority specifies the minimum technical parameters. Equivalent equipment is permitted. Equivalence means the possibility for the contractor to offer products with different trademarks, patents or origins, but with the same properties required by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority permits equivalent certificates. 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in SWZ PART II. 4. The Contracting Authority does not require the contractor to personally perform the key tasks 6. The Contracting Authority does not stipulate that only sheltered workshops and other contractors whose activities, or the activities of their organizationally separate units that will perform the contract, include the social and professional integration of persons belonging to socially marginalized groups, in particular those specified in Article 94(1), points 1–10 of the Public Procurement Law, may apply for the award of the contract. 7. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding the incumbent contractor the services referred to in Article 214(1), point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting of the repetition of similar services consistent with the subject of the basic contract. 8.
