Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the manufacture, delivery and installation of furniture for the DS Zaścianek building at ul. Mikołajczyka 4-6 in Opole. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract. 3. The contract is divided into a guaranteed order and an optional order. The guaranteed order comprises the quantities and type of assortment specified in Annex No. 3a (item and price list). The optional order will consist of ordering various quantities of the assortment specified in Annex No. 3a up to a maximum gross value of PLN 200,000.00. Exercise of the option right by the Contracting Authority is its entitlement and not an obligation and will take place if the Contracting Authority has additional needs regarding the assortment covered by the subject of the contract, until the above-mentioned maximum value is exhausted. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee that performance of the optional order will be commissioned. It is anticipated that the number of orders under the optional order will be a maximum of 2 (two). The Contracting Authority may exercise the option right in whole or in part. 4. Pursuant to Art. 441(1)(1) of the Pzp, the Contracting Authority sets the maximum value of the option at a gross amount of PLN 200,000.00. 1. This procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Pzp Act and these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the "SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the notice of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3(2) of the Pzp. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage applying the so-called reversed procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act. 4. The Contracting Authority does not envisage an electronic auction. 5. The Contracting Authority is not conducting the procedure for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement. 6.
