Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of specialist equipment. Equipment name: polyester fabric chair - 500, folding table 1800/750/720 - 400, folding table 800/800/730 - 50. In accordance with Art. 441(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of exercising the option right. The detailed scope and conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in:  draft contract,  description of the subject matter of the contract,  bid pricing,  templates of acceptance–handover protocols,  warranty document,  list of delivery locations,  product sheet template. The above-mentioned documents constitute annexes to the SWZ and are an integral part thereof. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of specialist equipment. In accordance with Art. 441(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of exercising the option right. The option right covers the acquisition (purchase), depending on the Contracting Authority's current needs and available financial resources, of the following equipment: Equipment name Number of units polyester fabric chair 40 folding table 1800/750/720 60 folding table 800/800/730 50 The optional contract will be performed at the same unit prices as in the basic contract, in accordance with the bid pricing submitted by the Contractor. The Contractor shall have no claim against the Contracting Authority for the performance of optional deliveries. 3.
