1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of barracks equipment, i.e.:1) WP2-7 storage rack - metal 2000/1000/500 40 pcs., 2) WP2-31 single weapon rack 15 pcs., 3) WP2-31 Double weapon rack 15 pcs., 4) WP2-27 universal barracks bed 33 pcs., 5) wp2-42 sofa bed 8 pcs., 6) WP2-34 metal clothing locker 50 pcs., 7) WP2-22 free-standing coat rack 60 pcs., 8) WP 2-29 bedside cabinet 10 pcs. The detailed scope and conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in: - description of the subject matter of the contract, - draft contract, - bid pricing, - warranty document, - templates of acceptance–handover protocols, - list of barracks equipment delivery locations, - product card template. 2. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option. 1.
