1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of accommodation equipment – wooden furniture – for Police organizational units and departments. 2. The framework agreement will cover supplies of wooden furniture during the 30-month term of the agreement. 3. The subject of these proceedings includes new furniture meeting the minimum requirements described in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3.1. All requirements specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to art. 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the Pzp Act. 4. The proceedings have been divided into 8 lots. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, two, several or all lots of the contract. The Contractor should submit a tender covering the entire range of products constituting the subject of the contract in a given lot (the entire set): lot 1 of the proceedings - set No. 1 - includes the supply of a wardrobe, office cabinet, desk pedestal and desk; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets, lot 2 of the proceedings - set No. 2 - includes the supply of a wardrobe, office cabinet, desk pedestal and left-hand corner desk; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets, lot 3 of the proceedings - set No. 3 - includes the supply of a wardrobe, office cabinet, desk pedestal and right-hand corner desk; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets, lot 4 of the proceedings - set No. 4 - includes the supply of a wardrobe, office cabinet, desk pedestal, desk and printer cabinet; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets, lot 5 of the proceedings - set No. 5 - includes the supply of a wardrobe, office cabinet, desk pedestal, left-hand corner desk and printer cabinet; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets, lot 6 of the proceedings - set No. 6 - includes the supply of a wardrobe, office cabinet, desk pedestal, right-hand corner desk and printer cabinet; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets, lot 7 of the proceedings - set No. 7 - includes the supply of an 80 sink cabinet, an 80 wall-mounted kitchen cabinet, a 60 base kitchen cabinet, a 60 wall-mounted kitchen cabinet, and a dining table with four chairs; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 50 sets, lot 8 of the proceedings - set No. 8 - includes the supply of a conference table with six chairs; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 50 sets. 5. The Contracting Authority anticipates concluding a framework agreement with three Contractors in each lot of the proceedings whose tenders prove to be the most advantageous among all tenders submitted, after points have been awarded in accordance with the tender evaluation criteria specified in Chapter XVIII of the SWZ. 6. Accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities. With regard to the condition specified in art. 100 of the Pzp Act concerning accessibility for persons with disabilities, as referred to in Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (OJ EU L No. 94, p. 65), the Contracting Authority has included the required product characteristics, including adaptation to the needs of all users, in the description of the subject of the contract. 7. Requirements concerning employment based on an employment relationship. There are no activities connected with performance of the contract involving the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended). 8. Permissibility of subcontractor participation: The Contractor may entrust performance of the contract to subcontractors. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract. Where the subject of the contract is performed using subcontractors, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate those parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of the proposed subcontractors (Part II, Section D of the JEDZ document) – insofar as they are known to it at this stage.
