Opportunity description

1)The subject of the contract is the supply of an analyzer for measuring isotope and gas concentrations for the Faculty of Chemistry of Lodz University of Technology. 2)In particular, the Contractor's obligations will include: 1)the supply of an analyzer for measuring isotope and gas concentrations, i.e. a complete, factory-new laboratory system for the automatic analysis of the carbon isotope composition δ¹³C in carbon dioxide produced as a result of the complete combustion of solid and liquid samples, together with the capability of direct, continuous measurements of δ¹³C-CO₂ and the concentrations of CO₂, CH₄ and H₂O in gas samples (including in particular loading, transport, carrying in, unloading, positioning, assembly, connection to installations in the laboratory at the indicated location) to the laboratory located in the building of the Faculty of Chemistry, 2) assembly, installation and commissioning of the apparatus in the laboratory immediately after delivery and verification of its proper operation until the required parameters are achieved, 3) conducting training for the Contracting Authority's employees who are users in the proper operation and maintenance of the apparatus. The training will take place immediately after the installation and commissioning of the apparatus on a working day, 4) providing statutory warranty and quality guarantee for the Subject of the contract for the period specified in the submitted tender, 5) maintenance of the supplied Subject of the contract for the period specified in the contract, 6) performing warranty service during the warranty period, including the provision of technical assistance. 3)The Subject of the Contract must be performed in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs. 4)The Contracting Authority's detailed requirements concerning the performance of the subject of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the “OPZ”); all appendices to the OPZ constitute an integral part thereof, as do the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
