The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel fuel to ZUOK in Hryniewicze near Białystok (Part 1), the supply of diesel fuel to ZUOK in Białystok (Part 2), and the supply of light heating oil to ZUOK in Białystok (Part 3). The subject of the contract is the performance of recurring supplies of diesel fuel (hereinafter: ON), available in two types: standard and with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the requirements of standard PN-EN 590:2022-08 or an equivalent standard, or a standard replacing it, and the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018), to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Hryniewicze near Białystok, Juchnowiec Kościelny municipality (place of delivery). The subject of the contract is the performance of recurring supplies of diesel fuel (hereinafter: ON), available in two types: standard and with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the requirements of standard PN-EN 590+A1:2022-08 or an equivalent standard, or a standard replacing it, and the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018), to the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Białystok at ul. Gen. W. Andersa 40F, 15-113 Białystok. The subject of the contract is the performance of recurring supplies of light heating oil – intended for heating purposes (hereinafter: light heating oil), meeting the requirements specified in quality standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 or an equivalent standard, or a standard replacing it, with a density at 15˚C of no more than 840 [kg/m3] and a calorific value of at least 41 [MJ/kg], to the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Białystok at ul.
