Poland – Gaseous fuels – Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E) to the facilities of Uzdrowisko Ciechocinek SA in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

Opportunity description

The description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Chapter 4 of the SWZ. Including: The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas designated E within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), including sale and distribution. The estimated demand is 11 409 665 kWh (including: basic order: 8 776 669 kWh and 30% option: 2 632 996 kWh) for 11 facilities of the Contracting Authority, listed in Annex 7a to the SWZ (list of gas delivery points), with the proviso that supplies will commence after the contractor has effectively terminated the currently binding comprehensive agreements for the sale of gaseous fuel with the current seller. Under this contract, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of exercising the option right. Under the option right, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of purchasing additional quantities of natural gas if the Contracting Authority’s needs are greater than the indicated estimated quantity of gaseous fuel for each gas delivery point listed in Annex 7a; the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of increasing the quantity of gaseous fuel in each tariff group, for each facility, in relation to the values specified in the annex to the agreement. The maximum estimated additional quantity of gas that may be ordered under the option – up to 30% of the assumed estimated quantity of gas specified in the agreement. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the addresses of delivery points, tariff groups, contracted capacity and forecast demand for gaseous fuel for individual facilities, is contained in Annex 7b – Characteristics of individual delivery points. Subject matter of the contract: comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (group E), including the sale and distribution of natural gas for the needs of Uzdrowisko Ciechocinek S.A., over a period of 12 months from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas designated E within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), including sale and distribution. The estimated demand for gaseous fuel in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is 11 087 504 kWh (including: basic order: 8 528 853 kWh and 30% option: 2 558 651 kWh) for 11 facilities of the Contracting Authority, listed in Annex 7a to the SWZ (list of gas delivery points), with the proviso that supplies will commence after the contractor has effectively terminated the currently binding comprehensive agreements for the sale of gaseous fuel with the current seller. The quantity of gaseous fuel specified in point 4.1.2 is a forecast quantity that must be priced in the price offer. The anticipated consumption of gaseous fuel is an estimate and serves solely for the comparison of tenders.
