Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a GIS spatial information system in Zbrosławice, together with the training of employees and system administrators. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) is contained in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority indicates that it has submitted an application for co-financing for the task in question under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund) for Measure FESL01.04 – Digitization of public administration. The Contracting Authority indicates that the performance of the task is not dependent on receiving co-financing. Type of contract: Supplies Note: The contract is of a mixed nature and includes both services and supplies. Due to the value of the contract, supplies were adopted as the type of contract. Due to the fact that the contract is being performed for two Contracting Authorities, a detailed description of the tasks dedicated to the individual entities has been specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ entitled Detailed description of the subject of the contract. Due to the fact that the activities performed by persons in the performance of the contract do not meet the definition of an employment relationship, the Contracting Authority does not provide for a requirement to employ persons under an employment contract. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a GIS spatial information system in Zbrosławice, together with the training of employees and system administrators and the granting of a license.
