The subject of the contract is “Maintenance of urban areas divided into 7 sectors” under the budgetary tasks: - Maintenance of municipal areas 900-90003-4300 - Maintenance of municipal areas 900-90004-4300 The subject of the contract is services concerning the maintenance of urban areas divided into 7 sectors: sector 1 – Sienkiewicza Housing Estate and adjacent areas, sector 2 – Gwarków Housing Estate and adjacent areas, sector 3 – Polanka, Staszica and Młodych Housing Estates and adjacent areas, sector 4 – Polkowice Dolne Housing Estate, sector 5 – Krupińskiego Housing Estate and adjacent areas, sector 6 – Stare Miasto and Centrum Housing Estates and adjacent areas, sector 7 – Hubala and Dąbrowskiego Housing Estates and adjacent areas; within the scope of: - greenery maintenance, - site cleaning and winter surface maintenance. The detailed schedule and scope of work have been specified in the draft contractual provisions. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders for two of the parts indicated in the contract description. One Contractor may submit a tender for one or a maximum of two parts of the contract, i.e. for one or a maximum of two sectors. Submission of a tender for more than two parts, i.e. for more than two sectors, is not permitted.
