Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the following service: provision of occupational health and safety and fire protection services for AMW OR in Gdynia – performance of occupational health and safety service duties in accordance with Section Ten of the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 2 September 1997 on occupational health and safety services (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 109, item 704, as amended), as well as other legal acts applicable in this field, and fire protection duties in accordance with the Act of 24 August 1991 on fire protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 188) and other legal acts applicable in this field for the Regional Branch in Gdynia of the Military Property Agency. 2.
