Poland – Heating oil – Purchase and delivery of light heating oil

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of light heating oil to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania w m. st. Warszawie sp. z o. o., in a planned maximum quantity of 2 280 000 litres, with parameters meeting the requirements of standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 for grade L-1 or an equivalent standard, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of light heating oil to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania w m. st. Warszawie sp. z o. o., in a planned maximum quantity of 2 280 000 litres, with parameters meeting the requirements of standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 for grade L-1 or an equivalent standard, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract contains primarily: a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract; a list of quality parameters that the heating oil must meet; the minimum and maximum quantities of planned deliveries; pricing terms and information on the method of settling deliveries; conditions concerning delivery inspections and provisions concerning: the duration of the contract, as well as delivery locations and deadlines for the fulfilment of partial orders. The Contracting Authority has provided for the possibility of exercising the option right; details concerning the exercise of this right during the term of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The tanks are installed above ground, and therefore a pump will be required to unload the light heating oil, which the Contractor is obliged to provide. Previous delivery quantities: MIN 500 litres, MAX 24 000 litres, average 6 000 litres.
